In no way should it be considered as offering medical advice, or replacing a medical doctor or other health care professionals. We suggest that you obtain the assistance of a physician when creating a personal health record. Check with a physician if you are ill. Regular review and screening by your own personal physician is an essential part of maintaining optimal health.

MRAS disclaims all liability associated with keeping your personal health record. MRAS is provided on an AS-IS basis. MediRecs Alert System Inc makes no WARRANTIES, express or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to MRAS.

MRAS does not warrant or guarantee 1) the accuracy, adequacy, quality, currentness, validity, completeness, or suitability of any Information for any purpose; 2) that the Information will not contain adult-oriented material, or material which some individuals may deem objectionable; or 3) that the functions or services performed by MRAS will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in MRAS will be corrected. In no event shall MRAS be liable to anyone for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to the information or the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, for any damage arising there from or occasioned thereby, or for the results obtained from the use or misuse of the information. MRAS is not responsible for any contamination of a Customer's device, system or information. The accuracy, adequacy, completeness, currentness, validity and quality of any information is the Customer’s sole responsibility.

In no event will MRAS be LIABLE to any party(i) for any damages of any type arising in any way out of the use, reliance on or inability to use the MRAS data device (My Personal Guardian) or any information.

The MRAS service is intended for adult users only and is not intended for children. This is in keeping with current legislation governing the use of information designed to protect the privacy of minors. Consequently we do not knowingly market our services or products to children under the age of sixteen (16). If we become aware that information is, or has been, submitted by, or collected from, a child under the age of sixteen (16), we will immediately delete this information and terminate the contract.
